Finance and Administrative Manager

Job Description:

Leads overall operations, including legal, finance, and administrative duties. Ensures compliance with laws and regulations; manages financial planning and reporting; builds partnerships with stakeholders; and oversees regulatory filings such as GIS, SEC, and BIR reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) At least 6 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in real estate, asset management, or a holding company Strong understanding of Philippine real estate laws, SEC regulations, and corporate governance.

Proven experience in negotiation, financial management, and strategic planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with land due diligence, titles, zoning, and leasing regulations
