During the term of employment, the Employee shall serve as the FINANCE MANAGER of the company and set up / manage the said operations in the Philippines as per applicable regulations in the Philippines. In this capacity, the employee shall have such duties, authorities, and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities which include but are not limited to the following:
- Have a strong understanding of fiscal policy and investment regulations.
- Create usable budgets for the business, including evaluating the needs of each department in the long term
- Make sound investment decisions to increase a company’s portfolio
- Hire and oversee leaders in the finance and accounting departments, including giving directions and delivering periodical evaluations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree in Business Administration or Professional Finance Certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is an advantage).
- At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Regional or international exposure, particularly in India or Southeast Asia, is an advantage
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate finance and accounting teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Proven capability in cross-departmental coordination and aligning financial goals with business strategy.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
