Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and semi-annual budgets and forecasts.
• Create budget presentations and detailed financial analysis reports.
• Provide cost simulations and financial models to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Review actual expenses against budgets and forecasts; coordinate with the Managing Director to track spending and profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, and upload financial data into Cognos as per corporate policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect data and validate information for analysis.

• Monitor intercompany billings and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee accurate and prompt settlement of company obligations.
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and secure required funds for payments.
• Ensure tax filings and government permit submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, local regulations (BIR, BOI, SEC), GAAP, and IAS.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules for audit review.

• Ensure compliance with company safety rules, internal policies, ISO, and MDSAP standards.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned based on skills and business needs.
• Uphold the Code of Business Conduct and internal control systems.

• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a degree in Accountancy.
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis, in managerial role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and work independently.
• Capable of preparing and delivering insightful financial presentations.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at solving problems independently.
• Skilled in financial modeling and cost simulation techniques.
• Familiar with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Experienced in budgeting processes and data analysis across multiple departments.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes, taxation, and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
