About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to multitask, and comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and files.
  • Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist with procurement, inventory, and office supply management.
  • Handle data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support company projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Required)

Applicants must be proficient in the following tools:

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Notion (documentation, task management, and collaboration)
  • Canva (creating professional documents, presentations, and marketing materials)

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

  • AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Basic photo or video editing
