About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Accounting Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing financial and clerical support by ensuring accurate reporting of accounting data.Assists Supervisor and/or Manager in coordination with stakeholders.
What you'll be doing- Perform audit of daily transactions in accordance with the established standard audit procedures, and provide status timely
- Analyze and submit adjusting entries to correct records based on audited amounts and proper accounts
- Communicate queries to the concerned department/s and proactively follow up and close pending issues encountered
- Submit report to Supervisor and/or Manager any inconsistency noted in the workflow process
- Collaborate with other departments particularly on the provisioning of audit documents as required and requested by other departments
- Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or any business related course
- Attention to details
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work onsite
