• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken, reading/writing Mandarin preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members, clients, and upper management.
• Strong customer service skills are important for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Sales managers need to be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
• The ability to identify and resolve issues that arise in the sales process is crucial.
