Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and support both volume and niche hiring in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (BPO, RPO, or EOR preferred)
• Experience in both volume and niche hiring roles
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
