Base Salary: Php 40,000 - 45,000 ++

ROLE SUMMARY

We at Top Source Executive Search are hiring for an internal role within our Business Development team.

The Lead Generation & Business Development Operations Coordinator supports revenue growth by generating qualified leads and maintaining accurate, timely business development operations.

This role ensures that Business Development Managers are consistently supported with qualified discovery calls, that all leads are followed up promptly, and that pipeline data and reporting remain reliable.

This is a hybrid role designed for an early-growth stage and may evolve into a dedicated Lead Generation or BD Operations role as the company scales.

This role is not responsible for:
  • Closing deals or negotiating pricing
  • Managing client accounts or delivery teams
  • Creating complex reports or commission calculations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 A.  Lead Generation and Intake (Primary Responsibility – approximately 70%)

Daily Responsibilities
  • Execute 30–40 outbound touchpoints per day through calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Respond to 100% of inbound leads within 24 hours (target response time: 2–4 hours)
  • Qualify leads based on hiring needs, urgency, and alignment with company services
  • Book qualified discovery calls directly into Business Development Manager calendars
  • Send confirmations and reminders to ensure high discovery call attendance
Weekly Responsibilities
  • Generate 6–10 qualified leads per week
  • Maintain a discovery call show-up rate of at least 80%
  • Review lead quality and outcomes with the Business Development team
  • Refine outreach messaging and targeting based on performance results
 B.  Business Development Operations and Coordination (Secondary Responsibility – approximately 30%)
  • Log all leads and activities in the business development dashboard on the same day
  • Maintain at least 95% accuracy in CRM and dashboard records
  • Support proposal creation by preparing draft proposals, populating templates, and coordinating required inputs with the Business Development Manager
  • Track proposal timelines and flag any risks to service-level agreements
  • Support weekly reporting on leads, pipeline status, and activity
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed and no leads are lost due to process gaps

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIs)

Lead Generation KPIs
  • 30–40 outbound touchpoints per day
  • 6–10 qualified leads per week
  • At least 40% lead-to-discovery conversion rate
  • At least 80% discovery call show-up rate
  • 100% of inbound leads contacted within 24 hours
Business Development Operations KPIs
  • At least 95% CRM and dashboard accuracy
  • 100% same-day lead logging
  • On-time submission of weekly reports
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, SDR, or business development support
  • Experience in B2B services, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up conversations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Google Sheets and basic CRM tools
  • Able to balance execution-focused tasks with administrative responsibilities
  • Proactive and responsive communicator
  • Disciplined with follow-ups and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Takes ownership and accountability for results
  • Coachable and open to feedback
