Job Summary:
The Product Specialist supports product development for smart home devices, addressing customer needs, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs and preferences to design home automation solutions
- Install, program, and configure a variety of smart home devices and systems.
- Educate clients on system operations and provide thorough training on usage.
- Continuously expand knowledge of the product line
- Help customers determine which product is the right choice for them
- Provide technical demo, support, maintenance, and customer training
- Offer related products and services to new customers
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as electricians and contractors, to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Comfortable tinkering with computer / app configurations
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Work experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
