We’re looking for a Technical Sales Senior Manager to lead our technical sales group, drive sustainable revenue growth, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in the food solutions industry.
What You’ll Do
Lead Technical Sales & Client Engagement- Own and elevate technical sales execution through compelling presentations, solution demos, and consultative engagements
- Champion solution selling by combining deep technical expertise with sharp market insights
- Build and protect long-term relationships with key and enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and joint business planning
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and strategic discussions as a senior thought leader
- Drive adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical selling standards, and documentation practices
- Proactively address and escalate food safety concerns in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with technical centers to ensure sales tools, demo materials, and technical content are accurate, relevant, and market-ready
- Lead the development and refinement of long-term technical sales strategies across B2B and B2C segments
- Analyze market trends, competitive movements, and evolving customer needs to guide value propositions and campaigns
- Establish KPIs and performance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Technical Sales Managers through regular feedback and performance reviews
- Create individual and team scorecards to track results, identify gaps, and accelerate growth
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted capability-building programs
- Lead hiring, talent development, succession planning, and performance-based recommendations
What We’re Looking For
Education- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field
- Professional license is a strong advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or solution selling (Flour, fats and oils, Food Ingredients)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear customer value
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Product Demonstration (Baking, cooking, etc.)
