About the role

As a Technical Sales Representative at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities for the company's range of innovative technology solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Binan City, Laguna, providing you the opportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry.

What you'll be doing
  1. Identifying and contacting potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges
  2. Presenting and demonstrating the company's products and services to generate interest and secure sales
  3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your target market
  4. Providing excellent pre-sales support and consultation to customers
  5. Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress towards individual and team sales targets
  6. Collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and the competition to identify new sales avenues
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or customer service industries
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close sales deals
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools
  5. Passion for technology and a drive to continuously learn and stay updated with industry developments
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
