Front Desk Officer
Camp Netanya Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider in Mabini, Batangas dedicated to
offering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Front
Office Supervisor to lead our resort’s efforts in creating memorable guest experiences and
promoting brand loyalty.
Front Office Supervisor
As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be at the heart of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves leading and training the Front Office team, handling guest interactions with professionalism, and overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations, including cash handling, reporting, and adherence to financial policies.You will develop and implement Front Office procedures, manage daily and monthly reports, and drive departmental performance to meet revenue targets. Your role also includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, handling reservations, and addressing any issues promptly.
In this position, you will coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure operational efficiency. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial as you balance strategic planning with hands-on management.You will oversee the accuracy of financial transactions, handle guest feedback, and participate in regular audits to ensure compliance and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory Front Office role within the hospitality industry, with strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, preferred.
- Must have good knowledge of Front Office and Reservations.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems, OTA platforms, social media platforms,
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle escalations and complex guest situations with professionalism.
- Must be willing to work in Mabini, Batangas.
- Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules.
