Assists the Front Office Manager in monitoring FO staff and ensuring that employees adhere to front office policies and procedures; manages guest complaints; takes appropriate actions when needed; and promptly submits reports to the FO manager.

Front Office Management and Guest Relations
  • Read the logbook daily and take appropriate actions as deemed necessary.
  • Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
  • Has a thorough knowledge of the front office system and the checking-in and out procedures.
  • Check that room blocking for all arriving VIPs and groups is done beforehand.
  • Update guest’s database.
  • Check the FO system and ensure that guests with high balances are reported to the Front Office Manager.
