Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Officer to join our finance team. In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, managing complex reconciliations, and driving efficiency through our SAP ERP system.This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and possesses the technical expertise to optimize our financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Operations: Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP financial modules (FI/CO). Troubleshoot transaction errors, optimize system workflows, and ensure data integrity across all accounting entries.
Month-End Close Management: Lead the end-to-end month-end closing process, ensuring all accruals, prepayments, and journal entries are processed accurately and within strict corporate timelines.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries to support management decision-making in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Compliance & Audit: Maintain robust internal controls. Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs, including inventory valuation, COGS, and overhead allocations, to provide actionable insights into production efficiency.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff, review their work for accuracy, and foster a collaborative environment even during peak periods.Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
