Accounting Officer

Location: Southwoods Industrial Park, Carmona, Cavite

• Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage the accurate recording, processing, and monitoring of the company's financial transactions. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and can quickly adapt to accounting, finance, and ERP systems to support efficient financial operations.

• Record and maintain accurate income and expense transactions.
• Prepare and process journal entries, disbursements, and financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and general ledger accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, banks, and government agencies as needed.
• Utilize accounting, finance, and ERP systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support process improvements and other finance-related administrative tasks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong bookkeeping background is required.
• CPA license is not required but is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using accounting, finance, and ERP software.
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and digital tools.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
