HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to bridge the gap between management and employees, enhance employee engagement, and ensure efficient HR operations.
The role will handle end-to-end HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing both employee support and business needs.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–4 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Experience in payroll processing and government compliance is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
