The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee

lifecycle, with a strong and strategic focus on Performance Management. This role

will partner closely with managers and employees to drive a high-performance

culture, ensure consistent application of performance processes, and support

capability building across the organization. The HR Generalist will also support

recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR reporting, contributing to an

effective and employee-centric HR service delivery model.

Duties and Accountabilities

Performance Management
  • Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration, and talent assessments.
  • Monitor compliance and progress of performance activities, providing structured reminders, insights, and escalation as needed.
  • Provide analysis of performance results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for workforce development.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow/workday platforms).
  • Partner with leadership to ensure fair and consistent application of performance ratings
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and facilitating offers.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure smooth assimilation of new employees into
HR Operations and Benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and employee movement processes (transfers, promotions, exits).
Learning & Development Support
  • Facilitate scheduling, logistics, and communication for training and development initiatives.
  • Track training completion rates and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to performance management programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor law.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to support HR decisions.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management capability.
