Design, implement, and support technology solutions clients transmission system operations, including SCADA, energy management systems, and advanced grid analytics.
 Collaborate with client engineers and IT professionals to understand their technical requirements and develop

tailored solutions.

 Conduct system analysis, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure technology solutions meet
reliability and efficiency standards.
 Provide technical support and troubleshooting for technology solutions, resolving issues in a timely manner.

 Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for client’s staff on the use of new technology solutions.

 Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide innovative
solutions and maintain compliance.
 Prepare detailed documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system reports.

 Participate in project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk managemen
