- Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime
✅ Inspect equipment and replace faulty components
✅ Coordinate with production staff for seamless operations
✅ Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
✅ Follow strict safety protocols during all tasks
Qualifications/Requirements- Qualifications:
✔️ Experience as an Electro-Mechanic Tech, preferably in bakery/food industry
✔️ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
✔️ Familiar with bakery equipment and how it works
✔️ Can read schematics and technical manuals
✔️ Great at problem-solving and working with a team
