About the role
As a Field Technician at Kalinisan Chemicals Corp', you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.The role is based in Cainta Rizal, but may require some travel within the local area.
What you'll be doing- Respond to service calls and perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs of equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure optimal performance of client systems
- Document all work performed and maintain detailed records of service history
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
- Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as required
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in a field such as engineering, electronics, or industrial maintenance
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a field technician or in a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
