About the role
As the Telemarketing Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Wefund Lending Corp.'s customer acquisition strategy. This full-time position is located in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila and involves leading a team of talented telemarketers to generate qualified leads and convert them into new clients.
What you'll be doing- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies to meet KPIs.
- Team Management:
- Coach and mentor TLs to optimize staffing, performance evaluation, and training programs.
- Enhance team productivity by providing data - driven insights and providing advice on localized incentive strategies.
- Process Optimization:
- Standardize TeleSales workflows and analyze key metrics (e.g., call duration, number of calls, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to Philippines local regulations (e.g., data privacy laws, TeleSales compliance) and company policies.
- 5+ years in TeleSales, with at least 2 years in team management roles (experience managing 40+ members is a plus).
- Proven track record in the Philippines market
- Fintech industry experience is highly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership with expertise in motivating local teams.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of Philippines TeleSales regulations and risk management.
