We are seeking an experienced Outbound Telemarketer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and a passion for engaging with customers to drive business growth.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the marketing team.
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.

• 2-3 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking voice.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
• Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site: Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
