F&B MANAGER
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, banquets, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all F&B areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track revenue, and analyze financial performance.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree program in HRM
- At least two (2) to three (3) years experience, preferably in the hotel industry
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Capable of leading the entire team (FOH & BOH). has the ability to control and manage expenses and hit target set by the management.
