Position: Executive Assistant (Mandarin-speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across HR, Legal, Administration, and Public Affairs functions, including document preparation, filing, meeting coordination, and follow-up of key tasks.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between Chinese-speaking management and local employees, as well as external stakeholders such as service providers, contractors, business partners, and government agencies.
  • Assist in HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding coordination, attendance and leave monitoring, and internal communications.
  • Support legal and compliance-related administrative tasks, including contract coordination, document tracking, regulatory filings, and maintenance of company licenses, permits, and corporate records.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including office management, travel arrangements, procurement coordination, asset monitoring, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist in public affairs and external relations activities, including coordination with local authorities, external consultants, and partners as required.
  • Ensure the proper handling of confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and management team.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required, with the ability to effectively handle verbal and written communication, document review, and coordination with Chinese-speaking management.
  • Filipino national with strong proficiency in English communication.
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet required deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality awareness, particularly when handling HR, legal, and management-related information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
