Supervises a staff of travel clerks who are responsible for coordinating travel needs. Provides guidance and assistance on complex and/or large travel requests. Being a Reservation Supervisor evaluates travel vendors and provides performance result or ratings to management.
Reservation Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Reservation Supervisor supervises a small of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transaction or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.

Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.

Qualifications/Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Reservation Supervisor to join our team.

Number of years of experience

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in the customer service industry,

Management expertise, including how many employees reported to you

Minimal management experience record of managing 5 or more employees.

Ares of expertise or special skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As the majority of our clients are Korean-speaking, proficiency in the Korean language is highly preferred.
