- Oversee and supervise a team of agents.
- Coach, motivate, reward, counsel, and assist needs of team members.
- Ensure uniform understanding and adherence to policies, procedures and company programs.
- Monitor system performance and initiate actions to correct and resolve system problems.
- Ensure completion of departmental duties/ task in the absence of subordinates.
- Assist in the development and tracking of employee incentive programs.
- At least 5 years of BPO experience in customer service or operations or a related field.
- Experience and skillful Customer Service Agent providing high quality service, working address and meet all needs in both Englsih and Korean.
- Adept at following communication to properly handle various needs in a professional manner.
- College graduate
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean, both written and verbal.
- Can speak Korean fluently with a Korean accent
