Store Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kings Asia. As our new Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the store and achieving sales target.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and provide excellent service
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock, and ensure timely replenishment
• Train and evaluate staff, schedule work hours, address employee issues, and provide performance feedback
• Oversee store operations, ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Prepare reports on store performance, sales, and inventory

• Proven experience as Store Supervisor within the retail industry or related field
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints
• Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles
• Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions
