Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to enable the Property Management Office to manage the day-to-day activities which include maintaining Unit Owner / Tenant accounts, compiling information and analyzing data, and helps coordinate work activities.
  • Handle administrative request and queries
  • Inventory and monitoring of facilities and logistics
  • Provide support to managers and employees
  • Assist in daily office needs
  • Responds to all customer concerns
  • Ensure completeness of LGU permits and other regulatory compliances of the Admin Office
  • Responsible for the preparation Statement of Accounts and posting of payments
  • Monitor and oversee the Account Receivables and Payables
  • Safeguard and ensure collections from clients
  • Respond to customers calls/concerns
  • Prepares necessary account reconciliation
  • Helps in the monthly corporate bank reconciliation
  • Ensures compliance of BIR regulatory reports/ submissions
  • And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Qualifications:
  1. With at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Property Management, or any related field, is required for this position
  2. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  3. With good communication skills and can deal with different kinds of customers
  4. Analytical thinking/ problem solver
  5. Result-oriented mindset, self-motivated;
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  7. Advance MS Excel application
  8. Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
