- Ensure full compliance with hiring requirements by collecting and verifying all necessary documentation, including background checks, licenses, and certifications.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that welcomes and integrates new associates into the organization.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the system of record.
- Oversee the execution and optimization of efficient workflow processes.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to support a smooth and effective hiring experience.
- Lead ongoing improvement efforts to enhance data administration tools, processes, and services.
- Provide HR-related support to address and resolve issues related to data accuracy and system usage.
- Assist in educating end users on system features, ensuring proper and effective usage.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve onboarding procedures and related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or Related field (required)
- 5-7 years of HR Management level experience (required)
- CRM - Phenom, ATS - Workday, Excel (desired)
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective benefits programs and policies. (required)
- Recognized as a thought leader in regional benefits, with deep expertise in industry trends, best practices, and governance standards. (required)
- Comprehensive understanding of benefits compliance regulations and reporting obligations. (required)
- Broad knowledge of HR functions and processes, supported by a track record of effective team leadership. (required)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. (required)
- Proven capabilities in delivering service excellence, strategic thinking, coaching, and driving continuous improvement. (required)
