As a Regional Web Deployment Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and executing optimization efforts to meet the success criteria for multiple Vertiv web site properties, and to act in Vertiv's interest in increasing leads and engagement.

This is a key role in getting more web site visitors to engage with Vertiv.

You will be expected to lead the charge on a host of activities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify activities that could optimize conversions from website traffic to leads and further down the pipeline
  • Supervise personalization programs for the website to enhance user experience
  • Use tools and data to identify pages to improve, analyze conversion trends and the downstream effect, and implement strategies to increase engagements
  • Collaborate with content authors on regional pages and features to ensure a seamless user experience
Responsibilities
  • Regional personalization and features deployment
  • Run personalization programs for the web site
  • Work with authors on successful release of features and pages on the web site
  • Report Creation
  • Manage report creation while working with different stakeholders to understand regional needs
  • Optimize how the right set of users get data
  • Team Coordination
  • Manage team tasks
  • Handle administrative load for team
  • Work with different groups to improve web pages
Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Familiarity with web analytics
  • Familiarity with related tools is a PLUS
  • Experience working with survey tools like Qualtrics is a PLUS
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI is a PLUS
