Work Setup: OnsiteShift: Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering product or service-related questions.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Uphold company standards for customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for each interaction.
Qualifications:
- Preferrably with 6 months BPO experience.
- Must be a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or shipping processes is a plus.
- Must be voice ready
