Customer Service Representative | eCommerce | Start ASAP
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and growing team! This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and have strong communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer and vendor experiences while supporting our e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer vendor calls and manage daily communication.
- Respond to vendor messages via email and eBay.
- Create and send quotes for existing vendors.
- Generate and monitor purchase orders in Odoo.
- Track inventory purchasing on eBay to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Monitor chats across online stores and respond promptly.
- Contact customers regarding order cancellations.
- Perform daily shipping reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Review and respond to order comments in BigCommerce.
- Send abandoned cart emails to engage potential customers.
- Monitor and respond to website reviews on Yotpo.
- Assist with delivery issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Process sales orders in Odoo for eBay and Amazon stores.
- Review returns log and coordinate efficient package processing with the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, operations, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Odoo, BigCommerce, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
