About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Cebu City team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction delivers a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns or escalate as needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve performance targets related to response time, resolution, and satisfaction.
Training & Development
  • First 30 days: Complete onboarding and training.
  • By 60 days: Handle customer interactions independently.
  • By 90 days: Consistently meet performance goals and support team improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Comfortable with computer applications and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
