- Their duties include hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with diners to address concerns or solve problems and creating work schedules for restaurant staff.

- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Food Technology or any related fieldAt least 2 years’ experience in Food and Restaurant Industry

Knowledgeable in Restaurant Management
Above Average interpersonal skills
Able to implement company standard and procedure strictly
Good Leadership and coaching Skills
Can determine and analyze problems in the day to day operations
