A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Support customers by providing timely assistance on inquiries, order updates, and pickup scheduling. Ensure buyers receive accurate information and a seamless support experience through both voice and chat channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Assist customers through voice and chat support channels while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Respond to inquiries related to order status, pickup scheduling, and general account concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure smooth post-auction customer transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure proper follow-through
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Follow standard procedures and workflows to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support operational processes to maintain efficient customer support operations
- Ensure customers receive clear updates and resolutions to their inquiries
- Experience in customer service, contact center, or client support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle both voice and chat support interactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
- Comfortable working in a night shift schedule with weekends off
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal support teams
