Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide excellent after-sales support and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience using JST ERP. You will assist with customer onboarding, system troubleshooting, and account management while collaborating with internal teams to improve product usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional after-sales support, resolving customer questions and basic system issues.
- Conduct onboarding and training for customers on JST ERP features (commission-based where applicable).
- Assist customers with account top-ups, subscription renewals, and reminders.
- Maintain and manage LINE OA and other communication platforms for customer support.
- Identify, document, and escalate system bugs or technical issues to the IT/Service teams for resolution.
- Relay customer feedback to the product and service teams to support product improvements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer service, handling inquiries discreetly and professionally.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage; Chinese proficiency is preferred for potential regional responsibilities.
- Experience with online software services, ERP systems, e-commerce, or live selling is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to understand software products and provide clear demonstrations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
