About the role
Our company is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. As a full-time CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Coordinating with our clients and assisting them with their orders.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to management
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively
- Average knowledge of English language and an effective collaborator
- Responsive to multi-tasking and job development
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft application to Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning System(ERPS)
- Accustomed to handling and problem-solving solutions and attentive to detail.
