Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Cebu

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales & operations in Cebu. The ideal candidate should have existing accounts or clients that can be onboarded, a strong background in logistics and customer service, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business operations in the Cebu & Vismin region.
• Manage and onboard existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Work independently while managing multiple accounts efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, logistics, or customer service industries.
• Must have existing client accounts that can be onboarded.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Should be CEBU-based.
