Are you a hands-on hotel operations professional who enjoys building projects from the ground up and being actively involved in day-to-day operations?

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead hotel development, pre-opening activities, construction coordination, and operational execution. This is not a corporate executive or purely strategic role—we are seeking a practical leader who thrives on-site, solves problems quickly, and drives results.

What You'll Do

• Lead hotel projects from concept to opening, including site evaluation, design coordination, construction management, and project handover.
• Conduct site inspections and assess property conditions, renovation feasibility, space planning, MEP systems, and project costs.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee fit-out works, renovation projects, fire protection systems, HVAC, low-voltage systems, and engineering requirements.
• Monitor project quality, safety, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Establish and implement practical operational systems, workflows, and service standards.
• Actively participate in daily hotel operations and oversee departmental performance.
• Monitor operational efficiency, manpower planning, cost control, and service quality.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through hands-on leadership and execution.
• Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure smooth hotel performance and guest satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• Hotel Operations
• Hotel Pre-Opening Projects
• Construction or Renovation Management
• Commercial Property Development
• Strong hands-on operational and project management experience
• Knowledge of:
• Hotel construction and renovation
• MEP systems
• HVAC systems
• Fire protection systems
• Hotel space planning and operational workflows
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Willing to relocate to the Philippines and travel frequently or work on-site as required
• Experience managing projects in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is highly preferred

• Experience with international hotel brands
• Successfully managed hotel projects from concept to opening (0–1)
• Overseas project experience
• Strong understanding of hotel operational logic and workflows
• Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or SketchUp

• Lead exciting hotel development and pre-opening projects
