Warehouse Operations Manager

The person we are looking for will cover Pasig Warehouse Operations. If you have obtained at least three (3) years of solid experience as Warehouse Operations Manager in the supply chain and logistics industry, then you are the person we need. Additionally, the role is primarily in charge of daily warehouse operations ensuring that work is accurately completed within established time frame. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:

1. Request and allocate additional resources (e.g. manpower) as needed.
2. Achieve daily operational demands and customer requirements.
3. Maintain accurate physical inventory.
4. Assure compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
5. Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws; includes hiring, interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
6. Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and smooth customer traffic.

Qualifications:

• Must have obtained at least three (3) years SOLID experience on the job as a Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Exposure in logistics and supply chain industry, an advantage.
• College Graduate.
