Oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring products, processes, and services meet standards, managing the QC team, and collaborating with other departments to implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Track and analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues, working with other departments to implement solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
A strong foundation in quality assurance methodologies, leadership skills, and experience in implementing quality control processes.
A bachelor's degree in a related field like engineering, business, quality assurance, or statistics is generally required.
Several years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related fields are essential.
