• Perform daily inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Record and analyze test data to identify trends or deviations from product specifications.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and external partners on raw material specifications, certificates, and quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing quality manuals, SOPs, and product labels in compliance with local regulations.
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare for third-party or regulatory inspections.
• Support investigations into product quality issues, customer complaints, or process deviations.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to ensure raw materials and finished products consistently meet standards.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in Mandarin Language.
• With or without experience in quality control in the food and beverage industry.
• Solid understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with laboratory or testing equipment is a plus.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across teams and cultural backgrounds.
