Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring minimal downtime to support uninterrupted production.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course
• At least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and safety standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems
• Ensure feeding, milling, and other critical systems are fully operational
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Identify and recommend improvements in equipment performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, operational standards, and regulatory requirements
