Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Tractor Operators to support farm operations by handling field cultivation, land preparation, and mechanical activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth farm processes through safe, efficient, and reliable tractor handling.

• At least High School Graduate or vocational graduate
• Holder of NC II in Agricultural Machinery Operation or any related certification
• Preferably with experience in tractor driving or farm machinery operation
• Ability to perform basic maintenance checks is an advantage

• Operate tractors and farm equipment for soil preparation, field work, hauling, or support activities
• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as checking fluids, tires, and mechanical parts
• Ensure safe operation at all times and follow farm protocols and safety procedures
• Assist in other farm tasks as assigned by the supervisor
