Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee the scheduling, execution, and coordination of inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatching) logistics activities.
- Directly supervise MHE operations, including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, and Battery Operated Forklifts, ensuring proper usage, scheduling, and basic operational inspection.
- Effectively coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production) and external stakeholders (e.g., drivers, 3PL) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related course.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations, specifically handling forklifts and related equipment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and proven people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MHE operations (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Battery Operated Forklift).
- Familiarity with basic maintenance and safety inspection procedures for warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Having a BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or a valid first aid training certificate is an advantage.
