To support the Learning and Development team in planning and execution of training programs by handling logistics, documentation, and learner engagement to ensure smooth learning operations.

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support in training programs (e.g., scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, liquidations)
  • Assists in preparing training materials and documentation
  • Encodes in L&D databases
  • Coordinates with trainers, venues, and participants for training sessions
  • Handles basic reporting and feedback collection of training and other activities
  • Conducts training for entry-level employees
  • Facilitates OJTP (e.g., enrolment, tracking of reports, preparation of panel interview)
  • Ensures the completeness of L&D supplies and orderliness of cabinets and drawers.
  • Creates training videos via video-editing software/applications.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Fresh graduate; or with at least 6 months experience in related industry
  • Willing to do fieldwork
