To support the Learning and Development team in planning and execution of training programs by handling logistics, documentation, and learner engagement to ensure smooth learning operations.
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support in training programs (e.g., scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, liquidations)
- Assists in preparing training materials and documentation
- Encodes in L&D databases
- Coordinates with trainers, venues, and participants for training sessions
- Handles basic reporting and feedback collection of training and other activities
- Conducts training for entry-level employees
- Facilitates OJTP (e.g., enrolment, tracking of reports, preparation of panel interview)
- Ensures the completeness of L&D supplies and orderliness of cabinets and drawers.
- Creates training videos via video-editing software/applications.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduate; or with at least 6 months experience in related industry
- Willing to do fieldwork
