Sales Associate (Fossil and other Branded watches)
The role
As a Sales Associate at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC', you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service to help grow our business. In this full-time role, you'll be based in General Santos City South Cotabato and will focus on the sale of Fossil and other branded watches.
Key responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve personal and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to recommend the best solutions for customers
- Ensure the store presentation and visual merchandising meet brand standards
- Support with inventory management and other store operations as required
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for fashion and accessories
