Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling tech products, maintaining store cleanliness and display standards, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales.

Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, installment, financing)

Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment
Handle customer concerns, returns, and after-sales concerns professionally
Promote products through in-store marketing and social media posting when needed
