About the role
As a Retail Business Counselor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our Jetti_Petroleum Inc. retail locations in Central Visayas Region. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and creating a positive experience for our customers.
- Job Description
- Monitor Sales in the Station – To ensure alignment with business goals, optimize revenue generation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Dealer Alignment with Company Objectives – To ensure a good and strong relationship with the dealer and the company.
- Sales Volume Analysis and Action Planning – To ensure that sales volume per station are attained.
- Inventory Management – To ensure product availability in the station.
- Monitor Trade Area Pump Prices – To ensure and monitor trade area pump prices and request price alignment if needed.
- Area of Coverage: Central Visayas Region
- Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Preferably with experience in Sales – retail
- Working experience in petroleum sales is an advantage
- Must be confident, persistent, and hardworking
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a driver’s license and be willing to do field work
- Preferably a resident of Central Visayas Region or Nearby.
