Job Overview:
- Assist the Company Physician and Company Dentist in assessing employees' health problems and needs. Develops and implement Annual Health Plans and maintains employees' health records.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Specifications:
- A graduate of BS Nursing with license
- Must have at least one year experience or On-the-job Training, preferably with OHNAP post-grad training
Knowledge and Skills:
- First Aid Training
- Basic Life Support Protocol
- Computer Application and Operation
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in decision making, analyzing, reasoning, problem solving, counseling
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Build trust and patience, respect and responsive to clients needs
- Demonstrate attentive and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
